This workshop will include:
A lecture and discussion on the neurobiology of gratitude, and the scientifically-backed benefits of a gratitude practice.
An all-levels yoga practice, to cultivate and embody gratitude.
A guided therapeutic writing/journaling exercise.
And a closing meditation on gratitude.
Please bring a mat, journal, and pen.
